The study revealed that grazing of animal and soaking of concentrates were followed by only 16% farmers. Whereas feeding extra dose concentrates to pregnant animals, feeding of mineral mixture was followed by 44.67, 3.33, 32.67 and 33.33 percent farmers of all categories. Use of tree leaves as fodder, enrichment of poor quality roughages, processing of roughages and silages making was not followed by farmers of any category. The overall study indicated that the degree of adoption of scientific feeding practices by farmer of Bhandara district of all categories were very low. Large farmers were better adopters as compared to other categories.
