Abstract

Application of zinc although numerically increased various growth parameters, yield and its attributes but remained statistically non significant during both the years of study. Significant higher NR-activity was achieved at 90 DAS due to seed soaking in 1.096 zinc sulphate solution while photosynthesis was observed highest at all the three levels of-fertility when zinc was applied by seed soaking @ 1:0% zinc sulphate solution during both the years of experiment.
