Abstract

Higher total acidity enhances resistance. Higher total sugars and reducing sugars enhance susceptibility to powdery mildew disease in grape. High varietal variation was found to disease intensity. Leaf area, leaf lamina thicknesses have no role and stomatal density has role in disease intensity.
