Abstract

The present study was carried out to assess the impact of treated PPI effluent at 20%, 50%, 75% and 100% concentrations on seedling growth of Vigna ungiculata under laboratory conditions. The values of germination percentage, seedling growth, N, P and K content increased at 25% dilution with corresponding decrease in higher effluent concentration. The treated PPI effluent can be used for irrigation purpose after proper dilution (25%) for beneficial cultivation.
