The investigation on effect of growth regulators on yield and quality of paprika cv. KtPI-19 revealed that the growth regulator spray had significant influence on yield and quality. Spraying of NAA 25 ppm significantly increased the number of flowers/plant, Number of fruits per plant and fruit set percentage in winter season, whereas spraying of NAA @ 50 ppm showed increased in fruit weight, fresh fruit yield/plant, fresh yield/plot and dry yield/plant in winter season and all the above parameters in summer season. In case of quality parameters 2, 4, D @10 ppm shows increased ascorbic acid and TSS content in paprika cv. KtPI-19 in both winter and summer season. Oleoresin, capasaicin and capsanthin content were highest in the plants sprayed with NAA @ 50 ppm in both winter and summer season.
