Abstract

The research work presented in the following paper enlightens a virtual conversation bot that is formulated on the basis of an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm of natural language processing. The primary objective of the work is to fabricate an advanced level human machine interface in form of providing a continuous online support to resolve the queries of college website users. The chat bot formulated here has compatibility over both the communication medium, i.e. that is users can proceed either in text or in an audio format. Based on the user query, system generates appropriate responses through built-in AI algorithm. The system presented in this paper has provision to leave a feedback as a query under the circumstances of invalid solution to users. To build this bot Dialog flow is used.
