In this research paper, the main objective of this study is to predict and identify the differences between Total vaccinated (with different vaccination) people versus genders (Male, Female and Transgender) using Machine Learing (ML) method of Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) algorithm.
The independent variable X is total vaccinated population and Y (Gender) is dependent variable. Initially, the data set was split into two categories, they are test and training data of total vaccinated population of the entire states and UTs of the country. The python script writes and imported the entire database and split the database into train and test categories in the ratio of 30:70. Thirty per cent of data is used for truing and the remaining 70% of data is using for testing. The predicted results of MRA with original database and also identified the differences between actual and predicted data of entire data sets.
The secondary sources of data were collected from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Department, India. There are four main parameters used in this research paper and they are Total vaccinated population, Male, Female and Transgender population.
The statistical function displays the result of descriptive statistics. In this research, the vaccination of two doses with total population and gender are fitted best model, and the R-square value indicates 0.999999. The error rate result is shown in Table 2. The scatter diagram shows the linear relationship of results of actual and predicted value of vaccinated population.
This means that the MRA algorithm is very accurate and makes good predictions. Finally, the data visualised MRA in the form of graphical representation, this results shows that the actual and predicted MRA results are achieved 100% between total population and predicted population, in the visualisation also clearly displayed in MRA results line and simple bar diagrams.
The more vaccinated states are Uttar Pradesh followed by Rajasthan, Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telengana and Odisha. The more vaccinated Union Territories are Goa followed by Puducherry, Andaman Nicobar Lakshadweep, Ladakh and Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, etc.
