Job performance of employees is the area of concern of all the firms no matter whether they stand for profit or not. The wage factor and the quality of work life need to get the attention of the management for improvement in the employee's performance. So the basic purpose of this research paper is to identify the effect of wages on the job performance of the employees in manufacturing sectors as they directly relate with job performance. The result showed a significant effect of the wages on employee's performance it means that the salary has a stronger relationship with job performance than training and motivation. This study will also guide top managers of the organizations to get a good understanding of the factors that can increase the job performance of the employees which will ultimately increase organizational productivity.
