Abstract

The need for physical fitness, socio-cultural and sports programs is one of the most vital needs in our everyday life inside and outside the academe. The athletes or teams and performers of Kalinga State University have less achievements in international or national competition but such is not the case in regional competitions like CARASUC because the findings reveal that the athletes or teams and performers have moderate achievements.
