This doctoral level research work focused on job motivation and organisational commitment. Employees (Faculty) serving in B-schools are the main stakeholders for fostering budding managers and entrepreneurs. Hence it is prudent to not only assess the impact of determinants of motivation and commitment but also the effect of socio-demographics. A survey was administered to 474 faculty serving in university-affiliated Bschools in Bengaluru.
