Abstract

The stream of Civil Engineering is famous for its huge construction practices. This research paper discusses the concept of “Folding Bridge” exceptionally useful in disaster management. This concept has never been in practice earlier. In this bridge there are a number of equilateral triangles fabricated in descending sizes, and each smaller triangle folds into its adjacent large size triangle. The materials used for deck is “Allied Foam Tech” and high strength “Steel” for construction of Triangles.
