Abstract

The aim of this paper is to determine the location of delivery. To deliver the medicine to a designated epidemic area is the major issue needs to be solved. Apparently, it is a very necessary to set up a transfer station in one of those West Africa countries. So we have to comprehensively consider the related index of different countries when we select among those countries as transfer station. In this part, we take three factors into consideration, per capita GDP, transportation development and geographic locations. By establishing TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model, we rationally rank the West Africa Countries and select Ghana to be the most ideal transfer station of medicine.
