In the present study 11 baacterial isolates found to be positive durinng primary screening tentatively named as MJNK2015 01-MJNK2015 11 were subjected to secondary screening and the isolate MJNK2015 06 wwas found to be most effective during Secoondary screening. The isolates growth parameters weere studied and it was found to be growing wwell at 37° C and pH 7. Production of antibacterial meetabolite was carried out by submerged fermeentation procedure and extracellular metabolites weree extracted by solvent extraction method usinng 80% Methanol, 70% Ethanol, Acetone, chloroforrm and ethyl acetate. Assessment of exttracted metabolite for antibacterial nature was donee by agar well diffusion method against teest pathogens. Ethenol methanol and acetone were found to show antibacterial activity. Metheenol extract was most effective showing a zone of innhibition of maximum 22mm against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus and mmaximum 14 mm against Escherichia coli.
