Abstract

Hepatitis B a viral infection, results in 500,000 to 1.2 million deaths for each year in South Asia. Hepatitis C virus is a model specie from the Hepaci virus. There is neither a particular antiviral treatment, nor a preeventive immunization among Human immune virus persistent populaces. 1000 patients were tested for HBV and HCV in the years 2014, 2015. Biochemical tests and Enzymme immunoasays were conducted to determiine the presence of HBV and HCV. Statistical annalysis was performed to determine the ratio of HBV and HCV among patients. Among patieents, 167 were emphatically determined to hhave HBV and 140 with HCV. The ratio of femaales diagnosed positively with HCV was highher than males, the ratio of males diagnosed possitively with HBV was higher than females. The frequency of HBV and HCV positive was same among female patients. We recommeend that hepatitis B antibodyis the best device to llessen the effect of this issue and there is stilll more pronounced need to create antibodies for HHCV and HBV to prevent its spread.
