Abstract

The Canine adenovirus-2 hexone gene is inserted in E.coli (DH5α) strain.Grow the recombinant E. coli for the plasmid DNA using L.B medium to make the vaccine. Adenovirus is linear double stranded DNA virus that infects a wide variety of mammals and birds.CAV-2 has been associated with respiratory disease in kenneled dog. The purpuse is this paper the CAV-2 vaccine development. The paper is opening a new face of study.
