Abstract

Business activities are undergoing a radical change, which can be termed as knowledge based era. Since the emergence of knowledge era, more consideration has diverted to organisation’s soft capital which is also called Intellectual Capital. This article tries to offer the concept and composition of the organisational capital which is significant kind of soft or intellectual capital. This framework tries to highlight the relevance or strategic role of organisational capital like, intellectual property rights, Information systems, Management philosophy, organisation culture, management process in attaining competitive advantages, being the management of organisational capital is the important issue in management agenda.
