Abstract

Ameloblastic fibroma (AF) is a mixed odontogenic tumor. It is a true biphasic tumor consisting of proliferating odontogenic epithelium in ectomesenchymal tissue that resembles dental papilla. Here we report a case of ameloblastic fibroma occurring in a 30 year old male. The diagnosis was made after careful examination, to exclude other lesions. The lesion was excised and has not recurred 1year after removal.
