Abstract

A clear understanding of all the potential aberrant canal morphologies is essential to ensure predicatble success in completing complex cases. Failure to identify and adequately fill a canal may be a major reason in the failure of endodontic therapy. The present case report describes successful endodontic management of a rare case of mandibular first molar with three distal canals.
