Odontomas are hamartomatous developmental malformations of dental tissues. They are benign odontogenic tumors appearing as small, solitary or multiple radio-opaque lesions on radiographic examinations. The majority of odontomas are asymptomatic and discovered incidentally commonly odontoma occurs as compound and complex types. These lesions, sometimes can cause potential disturbances in the eruption of neighboring teeth, such as delayed eruption, impaction, or even retention of deciduous dentition, henceforth; conservative surgical excision is the treatment of choice. This case report presents a compound odontoma in 10 year old girl along with its related clinical and radiological manifestations and the surgical management.
