Genital warts occur in sexually active women and therefore it is not uncommon to see its occurrence during pregnancy. However giant sized vulval condyloma occurring in pregnancy is rare. We present a series of three cases of extensive condyloma accuminata in pregnancy which posed difficulty in diagnosis and management. Patients were treated conservatively and delivered by caesarean section in view of soft tissue dystocia and laryngeal papillomatosis. The postnatal review was a total surprise and there was complete regression of all the three cases by the end of third month.
