Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease affecting multiple organ system. Most of the cases present with joint symptoms or malar rashes along with nonspecific symptoms like fever, anorexia, and malaise and weight loss. Digital gangrene at initial presentation is uncommon in systemic lupus erythematosus. We present a case of juvenile SLE as digital gangrene without secondary antiphospholipid syndrome and vasculitis.
