Abstract

Central serous retinopathy (CSR) is a visual impairment, often temporary, usually in one eye mostly affecting males. The disorder is characterized by leakage of fluid in the central macula, which results in blurred or distorted vision (metamorphopsia). We report an atypical Presentation of ASOM in a girl aged 11 yrs who presented with serous discharge in right ear, pyrexia and ipsilateral sudden decrease in vision along with micropsia.
