Abstract

Referral linkage is a very important in health care not only for providing timely care but also in restoring faith of the people in the system. The referral system within health care suffers from many bolttenecks form care seekers side as well as from the care givers. Referral from lower to higher health centre should be timely, appropriate and adequate. There should be a feedback mechanism from higher to lower centre also.
