90 children age between 1 to 5 years were studied. Their urticaria was classified into six types. Acute urticaria (32.2%) cholinergic urticaria (21.1%) chronic urticaria (13.3%) physical urticaria (16.6%), contact urticaria (10%) exercised induced urticaria (6.6%) laboratory investigation of blood, urine, stool, viral serological test of throat, nose, stool, was done, stool examination for ova and parasites was also carried out. This study of different type of urticatia will be quite help to dermatologist and pediatrician/clinician because it is very difficult to diagnose the chronic urticaria in 70% of cases. Moreover most of urticarias are psychogenic too. And some of the urticarias are life threatening and needs emergency treatment
