In the present study of 48 migraine female patients were studied Migraine patients presented different diseases along with migraine were Hypertensive 13(27%), Diabetic 8(16.6%) alcoholic 5(10.4%) premenstrual stress 9(18.7%) smokers 3(6.2%) usage of oral contraceptive 10(20.8%) moreover family history of CVD migraine Patients were IHD 6(12.5%), MI 3(6.2%), Hypercholesterolemia 16(33.3%), Hypertension 19(39.5%). This study of migraine has substantial effect on cardio-vascular diseases. It has multi factorial clinical manifestation and will certainly help the physician to rule out the etiology of migraine and treat with proper medication because response rate of pharmacological treatment is 50 to 70% moreover findings of this study may create invention to know more about migraine which is neuro-vascular disease, and its path-physiology yet to be known.
