Abstract

Phyllodes tumour of the breast is a biphasic fibroepithelial tumour. Morphologically they contain cleft like spaces with large tumours exhibiting cystic spaces. Here we present a rare case of a benign cystic papillary phyllodes tumour in 45 year old female who presented with breast lump.
