A doe was presented with anamnensis of udder and teat edema after kidding. It was found to be afebrile, bright and clinically normal except for the udder, which after 2 days of kidding was white, cool, and firm. The case report deals with successful therapeutic management of udder edema in doe. Avoidance of excessive salt, potassium, along with adequate and optimum supplementation of sources of Vitamins A, β-carotene and E were recommended in the pregnant animal diet to prevent the occurrence of edema in the udder.
