Abstract

The Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) by the United Nations grants the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being to humans. Elderly, motherhood, all children, whether born in or out of wedlock, enjoy the same social protection and benefits of health. Recently, Indian Society is experiencing a growing awareness regarding patient's rights. Medical negligence is professional negligence done by doctors while dealing with their patients.
