Choroid plexus papilloma's (CPPs) are rare benign intracranial neoplasms, commonly located in the ventricles of the brain and are relatively more common in childhood, rare in adults. CPP associated with signs & symptoms of ICP, frequently associated with obstructive hydrocephalus. Sudden deaths have been reported but are unusual. The incidental autopsy findings are observed a series of 3 cases, adelicate papillomatous structures with hematoma formation in ventricles of brainina year 2016. The brain with other organs sent for histopathological examination to know the cause death. All the 3 cases diagnosed as CPPs histopathologicaly. These cases are being reported due to the rarity of the diagnosis.
