Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP) is a rare inflammatory disease of the kidney. It is an uncommon form of chronic bacterial pyelonephritis.
To study the a clinicopathological relationship of the lesion
A 7 year retrospective study was done to analyse the lesions of renal and ureteric calculi. XGP was most common in females.
