Reproductive problems in cows due to nutritional mismanagement: A review

Improper nutrition and feeding practices directly or indirectly affect the reproductive performance of the animal. Most, if not all, the reproductive problems encountered at the field level are due to imbalanced nutrition of the animals. This reproductive failure leads to a big economic loss to the dairy farmers. Energy protein imbalance, deficiencies of minerals, and vitamins, are the main contributor to infertility and poor reproductive performance hence these are discussed in the present article.
