Though innumerable congenital anomalies related with gallbladder and biliary tree have been described but yet a surgeon may be taken by surprise due to presentation of a congenital anomaly during cholecystectomy totally unreported in textbook or biomedical literature. Here we report such one case of congenital anomaly, where a gallbladder look alike structure was found along with the normal gallbladder.
