This is a case report of 62 years old patient who presented to our hospital with decrease vision in left eye. She was operated for cataract surgery 8 months back. Diagnosis on slit lamp examination made was primary iatrogenic polypseudophakia. She was operated with removal of both the intraocular lenses and she gained useful vision.
