Any iatrogenic complication is underreported in biomedical journals throughout the world. Iatrogenic perforation of hollow viscus is a rare clinical condition and iatrogenic perforation of caecum is even rarer. We report a case of iatrogenic perforation of caecal wall by a Ryle's tube, which probably is going to be the first ever reported case of its kind. Due to this the patient ultimately had to undergo both colostomy and ileostomy. This again is a rare clinical combination.
