Calcinosis cutis is a condition of accumulation of calcium salts within the dermis. We are presenting a rare case of calcinosis cutis associated with multiple epidermoid cysts in the scalp. It is quite interesting to note that the contents of the swelling are milky white in color and liquid in nature (calcium milk). All the lesions were excised and the resultant defect was covered by skin grafting.
