Abstract

Various methods have been described for reconstruction of distal lower limb defects. At present no single method is satisfactory for all the wounds of this region. Reverse sural flap is suitable for a large number of these patients and has many advantages such as ipsilateral donor site thus avoiding fixing of legs to each other, reach upto foot and ease of performing. We present our experience with the reverse sural flap.
