Out of Eighty (80) polycystic Ovarian Syndromic patients 27.5%, responded to first line of treatment. 35% of patients had PCOS due to elevated Androgen production.12.5% PCOS were due to non-reactive to Insulin having type=2 diabetes.10% PCOS due to elevated lipds profiles associated with Cardiovascular Diseases. 8.75% PCOS have associated with malignancy. 6.25% of PCOS were due to hyperthyroidism with obstructive sleep apnea. This hyper androgenic disorders associated with chronic oligo-anovulation and poly cystic ovarian morphology will certainly help the Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Endocrinologist, and Radiologist to rule out the PCOS in different etiologies, so that, concerned patients will have proper approach to treat the infertility, malignancy by using latest techniques and Drugs.
