In the present study, out of 98 pregnant patients 14 (14.2%) having the problem of recurrent pregnancy loss.6 patients (42.8%) were aged between 32–35, 4 patients (28.5%) were aged between 28–30.and 4 patients (28.5%) were between 25–27. Suspected causes of recurrent pregnancy loss patients.(a)-Hormonal (Endocrine) TSH 21.4%, prolactin 7.1%, un-controlled Diabetic 14.2%, PCOS 14-2%, (b)-Anatomical 7.1%, (c)-aPL Syndrome 14.2%, (d)-Male factors 7.1%, (e) Psychological 14.2%, This study of repeated pregnancy loss excludes ectopic, molar, and biochemical pregnancies. The present study will be certainly helpful to Obg. & Gynaecologist because 50% of recurrent pregnancy loss are idiopathic. The probable reason could be stressful, hurry and worry life of women of present era. In Maharashtra majority of women are employed to meet the expenses of the family hence she has to manage both domestic work and employment which leads not only physical and mental strain also alters married life of couple which impairs hormonal parameters necessary for reproductive life, which plays an contributory role in recurrent pregnancy loss. Hence attempt was made to evaluate and treat the suspected causes of recurrent pregnancy loss,
