32 adult females aged about 42–50 years had spontaneous resorption of lumbar disc herniation were selected for study among them 10. (31.2%) had diabetes Mellitus, 8 (25%) had Hypertensive, and remaining 14 (43-7%) had no any abnormal Disease except herniation of lumbar disc and spontaneous resorption of lumbar disc herniation. All 32 patients were given conservative treatment (After MRI study) for the period of 2–3 months and observed that, all 32 patients had spontaneous resorption of lumbar disc herniation but they had mild exercise induced pain, could be due to associated diseases. This study will be certainly helpful to the orthopedicin, Radiologist before making an arrangement for spine surgery because if he has to continue the conservative treatment or go for surgery.sometimes spontaneous resoption of hernia may result into thickened disc which may compress the root, rami or branches of lumbar plexus which may alarm surgical emergencies.
