Radiation Effects on Flow Past an Impulsively Started Vertical Oscillating Plate with Uniform Heat Flux

Abstract

The free convection flow of a viscous incompressible fluid past an infinite vertical oscillating plate with uniform heat flux in the presence of thermal radiation is studied here. Heat transfer effects are taken into account and the dimensionless governing equations are solved using the Laplace-transform technique. The velocity and temperature are studied for different parameters like radiation parameter, phase angle and time.
