Seven species of Xanthopimpla saussure viz. X. flavolineata Cameron, X. lepcha (Cameron), X. nana Schulz, X. pedator (Fabricius), X. punctate (Fabricius), X. regina Morley, and X. stemmator (Thunberg) revised with redescriptions. The distinguishing characters are supplemented with morphometric ratios and the descriptions standardised. Details of synonymy, bibliography and distribution are also given.
