The performance of newly evolved bivoltine hybrids were studied under Marathwada condition at Sericulture Research Unit, Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani during October-November 2008. The results revealed that the bivoltine hybrid CSR16 × CSR17 was superior in terms of weight of 10 mature larvae, single cocoon weight, single shell weight filament and disease incidence. The cocoon yield/10000 larvae brushed was highest in CSR16 × CSR17 and it was followed by CSR12 × CSR26, CSR2 × CSR4, and CSR3 × CSR6. The lowest cocoon yield and highest disease incidence was recorded in CSR18 × CSR19.
