The present study is the evaluation of some plant products like neem, sesame and castor oils along with few insect growth regulators (buprofezin, spiromesifen and pyriproxyfen) against the cotton whitefly Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius). The bioassays and studies on the hatchability and mortality revealed that bubrotezin followed by castor oil could affect the hatchability considerably. In terms of LC50 values the order of toxicity was pyriproxyfen> spiromesifen> achook> buprofezin> sesame oil> castor oil> neem oil.
