Abstract

Clivina ursulae Balkenohl, 2020 (subfamily Scaritinae) hitherto known only from Sri Lanka is recorded for the first time from India. This study also reports Elaphropus fumicatus (Motschulsky, 1851), Elaphropus virgatus (Andrewes, 1925) (subfamily Trechinae), Lebidia bioculata himalayica Andrewes, 1924, and Pentagonica erichsoni Schmidt-Göbel, 1846 (subfamily Lebiinae) for the first time from South India, earlier which have been reported from northern, north eastern and eastern regions of India.
