Abstract

An inventory of moths in the N'gaous region revealed a total of 33 species representing two principal families: Noctuidae and Erebidae. Six of these species were recorded for the first time in Algeria, highlighting the richness and diversity of this under-explored region. This article provides a detailed analysis of the inventory's findings, emphasizing the significance of these discoveries for biodiversity and conservation efforts.
