Study was undertaken to examine the development and characterization of agricultural waste as well as sawdust briquette. The selection, collection, drying up and proper sizing of residue is significant in the pre-treatment processes for turning the mixture into the briquette. The testing parameter considers some best bio-waste suitable, like volatile matter, ash content, proximate analysis, moisture content, carbon and heating value. On the basis of test report, it was observed that in the briquette making process cashew nut shell, neem leaf and saw dust are considered as best bio-waste mixture. Further, the cost of briquette making could be reduced by using appropriate apt mixture of bio-wastes.
