Winter Dawn variety performed better among other two varieties. Number of fruits/plant, marketable yield/plant, TSS, TSS/acid ratio, vitamin C and anthocyanins content among different cultivars varied from 14.2 to 16.0, 220.10 to 299.27 g, 8.73 to 9.10 Brix, 10.55 to 11.14, 55.56 to 59.9 mg/100 g and 57.6 to 61.8 mg/100 g, respectively.Above all, these varieties can be cultivated in sub mountainous zone of Punjab to cater the demand for nutrition security and to improve the economical status of the farmers.
