In the present study seasonal variation of physicochemical parameters of water from different aquaculture ponds of Badarpur, Assam were done during February 2018 to January 2019 for analysis of water quality. The parameters were compared as per WHO , BIS standards,. With the exception of pH, all the parameters varied significantly in four sampling seasons. Pearson's correlation was used to determine the relation among different parameters. The results of all the physico-chemical parameters measured were within the recommended limits of national and international standards. Constant monitoring of different physicochemical parameters of water is necessary for improving the productivity of aquaculture ponds.
