The research aims to examine critical factors that influence the acceptance and use of dietary mobile Apps. Secondary data was collected from reputed peer reviewed journals. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire. The research was quantitative in nature. Non probability convenience method of sampling was adopted for the study. The sample size was 108 respondents who were prospective customers for dietary services. Factor analysis was done to identify the principal components. Regression analysis was done to determine the user acceptance of the app through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The findings clearly highlighted that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had an impact on the user acceptance of the application. The results also indicated that user acceptance is dependent on demographic factors of prospective consumers.
