Field experiment was carried out at CCS HaryanaAgricultural University, Hisar during kharif season of 2020 for suitable pearl millet-legume intercropping system for enhancement of yield and economics. There were eleven treatments viz., pearl millet, green gram and cluster bean sole at 45 cm, pearl millet in combination with green gram and cluster bean at variable ratio at 45 and 30 cm with four replications. The highest yield parameters of pearl millet were in pearl millet sole at 45 cm which was closely followed by pearl millet + green gram (8:4) at 30 cm. Yield attributes of intercrops were higher under sole cropping of intercrops followed by pearl millet + green gram/cluster bean (8:4) at 30 cm. Pearl millet + green gram (8:4) at 30 cm recorded highest pearl millet equivalent yield (3109 kg/ha) with higher net returns (
